Originally from Provence, Helene moved to the US in the late 1990s to study history and never looked back. Over the last two decades, she has contributed to dozens of cookbooks, magazine features, and commercial campaigns, collaborating closely with chefs and restaurants.
Helene is deeply passionate about the collaborative process, working with teams to build a vision that honors both the food and the people behind it. Light, shadow, and contrast are her greatest sources of inspiration; she often spends her days off in the studio, experimenting with the interplay of natural light and strobes.
In 2021, she joined the creative team at Forte Jazz Lounge, designing a versatile menu that pairs perfectly with the stage lights, live music, and good vibes.
