Is there a dress code?
There is no required dress code. We recommend smart casual, unless an event is specially noted.
How can I tip the band?
If a tip jar is not present, Venmo and PayPal links are posted above in the header. Thank you for your support of live music!
Is the club handicap accessible?
Yes, please see our concierge for seating assistance.
Is seating reserved?
Seating is sold by section: VIP, Premium, and General. You can select your seating on the Map Chart. If you buy tickets at the door, you will be seated by the concierge according to availability, party size and seating section.
Do you serve food and drinks?
Forte offers charcuterie platters, paninis, desserts, pastries and snacks along with an a full bar with specialty cocktails an eclectic menu of wine, wine-based cocktails and domestic, imported and local beer.

Are tickets required to watch the livestream?
NOTE: Not all shows are live streamed. As part of our commitment to making live music available to all, our livestream is accessible without a ticket. You may show your support by clicking on our virtual tip jar.
How do I redeem Admission and Drink tokens?
Admission tokens are often offered to guests who come to our Wednesday and Thursday shows. You can also purchase them as gifts. You can redeem Admission tokens 2 ways. 1) Just show up and we will find the best seats available or 2) call ahead to let us know you have tokens and wish to redeem them. We will reserve seats for you in your name and when you arrive, check in with your name and give those tokens to the concierge. Drink tokens are redeemed at the bar for a single cocktail, glass of wine or any non alcoholic beverage that we offer.
Do you have gift certificates?
We do not have gift certificates but we do have gift boxes that can include admission tokens, drink tokens as well as some promotional items. Admission tokens are $30 each, Drink tokens are $10 each. You can put any combination you wish in the gift box. Gift boxes can only be purchased at Forte Jazz Lounge.
